There is no time limit for staying at the venue. However a reservation for arrival before 3 PM required to arrive by 3 PM at the latest. Late arrivals after 3 PM will be subject to an additional charge based on the minimum spend required after 3 PM.
The difference is only the arrival time, however the reservation is still valid for the whole day within our operational time from 11am-8pm with last order for food at 7.30 pm and drink at 7.45pm
Dress Code
Casual attire; beer/alcohol branded apparel, cut-off clothing, and wedding gowns are not permitted at anytime.
Proper swim attire must be worn in the pools at all times.
Smoking Policy
Smoking: is allowed in all areas of our Beach Club except the Grass Area.
Age Policy
Whilst we are predominantly adult venue, We accommodate children except for special event. However, we encourage parents to accompany their at all times.
Prohibited Items
Outside food and beverages.
Toys, props, or inflatables.
Animals.
Professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drone unless there is a prior arrangement with our Marketing team.
Weapons, all sharp/dangerous items. The exception to this rule is our in-house. Police or when we have Police or Army excoring VIP guests, Politicians, etc.
Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for the possession of illegal drugs.
Please note that for your own safety, all vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance and all bags, backpacks, purses, parcels, or other goods in your possession are subject to inspection prior to entering Café del Mar Bali’s premises.
Our management reserves all rights to refuse entry. All items not permitted will be labelled and held by our Guest Relation team until departure.
Cancellation
Non-refundable Payment Guarantee. It is agreed that if clients cancel the reservation for any reason, clients will not receive any credit or refund on all the payments.
If a guest has stayed at our venue, but suddenly it rains, our team in the area will help move your reservation without a guaranteed seat choice to indoor area, but the minimum spend is still valid and non-refundable, however we can suggest you to reschedule the reservation.
Confirmation & Check-In
Cafe del Mar Bali accepts no responsibility for any transfer of e-booking confirmations to and/or used by third parties.
Please note that Café del Mar Bali strictly forbids the reselling of reservations at an increased price by any unauthorized third parties. In such cases, reservations will be automatically void with no refund.
Our Guest Relations will require the e-booking confirmation via mobile device to process the area allocation and any special requests.
Payment
Minimum spend is fully redeem for food, beverage, Cigarettes and Shisha.
Based on Indonesian law, all prices are in Indonesian Rupiah.
All prices are subject to 18.8% inclusive of service charges and prevailing government tax.
All areas are required Full Payment in advance to secure the booking and non-refundable except for the Sun Lounger, Arcade Alfresco & Sofa Benches table will be first come first served.
In case of bad weather, we will re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option and the minimum spending still applies.
